What I do
- Art-photography – pretty well everything you see is for sale, and it all makes beautiful prints. (A great gift!)
- Portraiture: the current free-portraiture project draws to a close — contact me before June 30 to set a date! — and is always a lot of fun, and we will produce something special, for you, or for someone you love. For bookings made after July 1, a reasonable fee will apply.
- Ask me anything. My most recent commission (private for the moment) was of course impossible, so I just did it. The client said that I went "beyond expectations".

Dawn, Petals and Cars
Half of photography is being there.
Of course, if I add up all of the "halves" of photography, then the math fails fairly early on.
But, for example, returning from a vernissage in Gananoque, I saw the three islands, which I have photographed more than once, but never in that dusk light, and never with the clouds quite that cooperative.
My car: I went there of course to photograph the dawn, but then saw this.
